Phil comes to The Henderson Business Group with over 25 years of sales and marketing experience, having worked with owners of numerous local, regional, and national agri-business companies across the United States. Prior to joining The Henderson Business Group in April 2004, he spent the past six years managing a business unit for a local subsidiary of Monsanto, a leading biotechnology company. Phil holds a bachelor’s degree in Distributed Studies (Business Administration) from Iowa State University, and he and his wife are also business owners.
