Mike joined The Henderson Business Group in December 2004. Previously, he spent three years with a publicly traded farm equipment manufacturer. As CEO, Mike was involved with all aspects of the business including helping business people become independent dealers, as well as assisting others in selling their business. He was actively involved in ultimately selling this manufacturing company. Prior to that Mike spend 29 years with a Fortune 500 equipment manufacturer and retired from that company. Numerous responsibilities included developing dealer organizations and seeing first hand the advantages of owning a business, as well as assisting business people with all aspects of their financing needs. Mike holds an MBA from St. Ambrose University and a BBA in Marketing from the University of Iowa. “Helping buyers and sellers reach their objectives is rewarding for all involved.
